Who is the Boss????

With more than one animal in the house it is interesting to look at the pecking order. When Kyra was added to our household ,they told me the bitch would become the boss ...When Tijger arrived they told me he'd become Top Cat... But in the house where Spike lives, Spike is the boss. No one (neither Tijger nor Kyra) can nestle next to Spike on the couch : one small grumble and the wrong-doer is gone! The other way around is ok. Spike jumps next to Kyra when her sleepingplace lookes attractive to him.

With Tijger Spike used a firm hand to make sure he would stay on top. Tijger has accepted this and they are even beginning to like each other.

Tijger has become half a Borderterrier. Very keen on food, always present in the kitchen to look for something edible..

When Spike is in the garden Tijger will go there too. Together they hunt flies and falling leaves blowing in the wind. A Bordercat?? It looks that way!

Tijger is getting the better of Kyra. They love each other, they wash each other's ears, they sleep together, they play together. Tijger always wins when they are playing. When he has had enough he stares in Kyra's eyes.. Kyra doesn't like being stared at and slinks off..... They don't understand each other!
